I purchased a Sony notebook last year which didn't have an in-built web cam. For laptops, it is good to have an inbuilt webcam. Otherwise, you will have to purchase an external camera and then fiddle around to put it somewhere so that others can see you properly. Damn, I wish I had purchased mine with an in-built cam.
