Article is good–if product didn’t suck! No customer support online–manual doesn’t tell you how to do anything–only the things that it should do. Got one for Christmas, and very disappointed with it. Can’t download pics from my pc. Says in the book there is a USB selection in the menu–there isn’t. Will play pictures on a memory card.
